The Emory University School of Medicine MD Diploma Ceremony will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EST at Glenn Memorial Auditorium. Additional guests, family, and friends will have the opportunity to share in the activities via a live (and on-demand) webcast of the ceremony https://med.emory.edu/commencement. The Diploma Ceremony will feature remarks by TBD. Graduating students attending in-person will be individually recognized during the ceremony. The Papageorge Teaching Award will be presented, and recipients will be recognized. Graduating students must officially register themselves and their guests to attend the ceremony. The Emory University School of Medicine, Genetic Counseling Training Program Diploma Ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST in the School of Medicine, Room 110 on the Emory main campus. The Diploma ceremony will feature remarks by TBD. The ceremony will also include award presentations for the “Genetic Counseling Student of the Year”, The “Paul M. Fernhoff Excellence in Teaching Award”, and the “Best Student Research Poster”. A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony in the Main Lobby. Goizueta events are not ticketed and have no guest limit, but do require completion of a registration form to gather important details.
